PMIS has a track record of delivering world class Primavera P6 and Schedule Forensic Delay Analysis training. However, very often after attending a training course your team may require some additional coaching on a one-to-one basis.
Although the basics have been covered in the public training course it is often preferable to have post-training coaching to enable the student get the full benefit from the course and what was taught therein. It can be challenging when students are faced with implementing what they were shown in a class environment to a live project. This coaching is usually performed over a short period of time and at all stages the student is encouraged to develop their skills alongside our coach
Mentoring
Mentoring is a longer term approach and we have been very successful at delivering this type of professional service to our clients based in Ireland UK, South Africa, Azerbaijan, USA and Asia.
During these engagements we typically have developed a learning path for the employees of our clients so that there is a structured approach to their professional development. We also take a holistic approach in relation to the training to enable every person involved within the project at certain phases know how the overall process evolves. To this end we have created Cradle to Grave training helping individuals understand the entire lifecycle within their projects.
